In all design services an initial consultation is required. This is to give an opportunity for me to establish precisely what you are looking to achieve. This is not an interview, but simply for me to get to know you and understand your personality, style and tastes.
My design service can be commissioned individually. The design services are structured accordingly.

This includes initial project drawings to the finished design scheme in place. If needed a complete project management service can be provided for a separate fee.
You can request a site visit. Upon request I will e-mail you a PDF file about the service. This will include all details including cost and how the project will be carried out.
For a site visit, after an initial deposit is paid, I will visit your home to measure up your room(s) and to discuss your design brief. All design research and resource for materials, accessories and more are included in this package. The next stage will be a meeting to discuss the project proposal with layout plans and elevation drawings, materials, photograph samples for furniture, accessories and also colour pallets for the project proposals. Once agreed the final proposal will be drafted and presented to you.

The Interior Design fee is for 2 weeks work on the project. The fee does not include any sub-contracted work with decorators or contractors recommended by Nik A Ramli. If the client(s) already have their own contractor or decorator to work on the project there will be no charge unless Nik's expertise is needed to liaise with the contractor or decorator. The fee also does not include project management work needed to monitor the work.

Advice on your interior design project(s) and how to achieve the design brief.
This is a one to one consultation service. Request a PDF file for more information about my consultancy. Following payment I will advise you about the initial direction and scheme for the room(s) you are working on. This service requires one meeting.
From the initial meeting and understanding your brief, I will create a detailed design for the room(s). Based on the brief, I will mail you the design presentation for the room(s). This package will include all detailing of colour, materials, furnishings, lighting and sketches of the room(s).

Refresh your existing interior spaces through online consultation. A home furnishings service is available for sourcing suitable furniture, accessories, soft furnishings, carpet, paint and wallpaper.
This service is entirely web based. Upon purchase / agreement an e-mail will be delivered to you with a questionnaire about the room(s). After an e-mail consultation, you e-mail photos of the room(s) you want to facelift. I will reply and answer all enquires via e-mail. In addition, during the creative process, I will e-mail you to ask questions as necessary.
Within three weeks you will be provided with the design solutions and information you require. A presentation of PDF files will be e-mailed to you. These files include mood board, a layout plan and elevations of the room(s). This will also include a montage or a perspective drawing of the room.
You can use these design files as a reference when you are doing your research and making purchases for your fresh interior design scheme(s).
Please provide the Design Brief and the necessary specifications of the room(s) you are working on. It is important to include what you want to achieve from the design. Please provide measurements in centimetres for the rooms including the height from floor to ceiling, doors and windows. Also include the measurements for all items you wish to incorporate for the new look.
